Yevgeniy wanted to spend time with his wife and he liked to go cycling but he knew his wife couldn’t keep up so he decided to build an electric bike to aid her.

How Service Works
If you buy an EVELO bike online and something goes wrong there are 3 steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1 – Report the issue on their website or by phone an Account Manager will guide you through the process.
They have service agents available 7 days a week and a guaranteed 24 hour response time to make sure you don’t have to wait more than a day to get a response.
Step 2 – They will troubleshoot the issue remotely. If any parts are needed they will ship them to you at no extra charge.
If the issue requires professional help they will locate a bike shop near you that can service the bike and even make arrangements for you to drop the bike. You drop off the bike and they will handle the rest.
Step 3 – You drop the bike at the shop and an EVELO Account Manager will work with the mechanic to analyze the issue and guide them through the repair.
Once the issue has been resolved you will be contacted via email or by phone and you simply pick up the bike.
